As a Bodyworker, Artist, & Entrepreneur, for over the past eleven years my focus has been building and operating businesses surrounded by my passion for the Healing Arts. Yin Bodywork was born to offer a variety of healing modalities to clients, incorporating techniques gained through certifications and training from mentors around the world in Thai Yoga Bodywork, Energy Work, Yoga & Meditation. As a bodywork practitioner and yoga teacher, I aim to aid others in their healing and self growth, while committing to continued education and exploration in our physical health and mental well-being. As an Entrepreneur, I’ve experienced the benefits of all of these practices in day-to-day life first hand. And, as an Artist, I aim to express these experiences by playing with the intersection of love, light, and color that can be felt along the way in the journey of self healing. Additionally, I serve as the Board President of the Dakota Center for the Arts, organizers of the Eagan Art Festival, to support arts and artists in our community.
